  1. I tried lumiday for a few days and I feel it was making me more depressed. And I felt more fatigued & nervous. I stopped taking it and now I feel much better, getting back to normal. Definitely it didn’t help me to have a better mood, If anything worse mood.

  2. I started taking Lumiday just to ease stress – within three days I felt on edge, cranky, I found my jaw was tight, I was clenching my teeth. I didn’t take it today and am starting to feel better, I had to apologize to a co-worker for being short tempered and my poor husband who I accused of ignoring me – he is the sweetest guy, he left me a love note.
I think that our brain chemistry is all very unique and this mixture for me was not helpful.

  3. It worked for me. At first I didn’t take it every day, only on days I felt I needed a boost. I am currently going through a really bad time and I tend to take it more often. When I take it I feel more relaxed and less depressed.

  4. I started taking this after experiencing a severe panic attack. I would say within 4 days of starting it I started to feel the effects. It is very calming. I am about 4 weeks in and very happy with this. No anxiety. I have taken 5htp by itself before and I loved it, this I love more. I definitely recommend trying this product.

  5. It has really helped me. It is a noticeable difference – works better than my prescription. I’m VERY happy with this product.

I have been taking Lumiday for about a week or two and the biggest problem I see is I feel constantly dehydrated and dry mouthed. I have a surplus of energy to make matters worse so my sleep schedule is off as well as my appetite which is greatly decreased. However it is helping to balance my mood when I take the dosage of two pills.

  7. I am grateful to have found this supplement. For some reason, it works great for me and makes a real difference in my mood and energy levels. I have been taking it for about 5 years and much prefer natural supplements to prescription drugs. Best prices seem to be on amazon.

  8. Does this supplement have any interactions with anti anxiety medications

Does the supplement have any interaction with prescription drugs such as Effexor?

I just started taking it 2 days, but I’m crying uncontrollably! Has anyone had this happen? I’m very confused!

  10. Some of the ingredients are not recommended for me other illnesses issues like hashimoto disease st john wort not recommended for this thyroid issue.i just don’t like taking chemicals dr recommends even though they work don’t know if I should try lumiday

  11. I was looking forward to positive results however after taking it twice a day for almost two weeks it is not working for me. I’m feeling more anxious, more irritable than normal, and I want to eat all the time whether I’m hungry or not – basically I’m depressed as hell. I’ve stopped taking it – hopefully these symptoms subside.

  12. I am so sick with diarrhea so so sick I’ve been taking lumiday for four days I can’t stay off the toilet I don’t like it that much.

Obviously it’s just crap because it’s just things like st. John’s Wort all those different things aren’t very good for you and has no real ingredients and none of those are approved by the FDA a lot of them make people sick a lot of those ingredients aren’t good for you if you have health issues so the stuff is just crap sorry I wouldn’t use it I I would tell anybody not use it ..because it’s going to interfere with people’s problems and has side effects not good for your health..AND DOESN’T WORK.

  14. Horrible stuff isn’t approved by the FDA the ingredients all have side effects if you have health problems those ingredients will make you worse in a nutshell I wouldn’t use it it’s just going to make you Ill and feel worse

I THINK YOU CAN FIND SOMETHING BETTER, ESPECIALLY BECAUSE THEY CHARGE OVER $70.00 ON YOUR CARD BEFORE YOUR TRIAL IS DONE. I WILL CALL THE BBB IF I CAN’T GET ALSO CONTACT MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING INTO BEFORE YOU DO IT. AND OVER $75.00? GIVE ME AN EFFEN BREAK. I DON’T SEEM TO FEEL ANY HAPPIER OR BETTER IN ANY ANY WAY TO TOP IT OFF. I DEFINTELY CONSIDER THIS A SPAM.

  16. After 3 days of starting lumiday I noticed a huge difference in my mood and subsided panic attacks. I have OCD, major depression, postpartum depression, and major anxiety. It has managed to keep my panic and OCD at bay. I’ve been motivated to get up in the mornings and less irritable. The only side effects I’ve noticed that I’m not sure have anything to do with the medication or just me are amplified sounds and vivid dreams as well as a hard time falling asleep. I take 600mg of magnesium before bed time at the advice of my naturalpathic MD to help me sleep and relax. I’ve been on it for 1 month now and feel better than when I started. I’m not on any prescription medication so it’s been safe for me to use all this after being on antidepressants for 20 years. I’ve taken Paxil and Zoloft in the past. The Paxil was hard to get off of. It wasn’t until my pregnancy that I was able to after using it for 14 years and the Zoloft gave me awful side effects.
