  1. My sleep answer is a bit misleading. While I sleep “Very Well,” that is after I finally get to sleep. I always get at least 4 hours a night, and most of the time I get 5-6 hours before I become so uncomfortable that I have to get up. It is apparently quality sleep though, because I normally don’t get sleepy during the day and I don’t take naps.

  2. I am NOT sleeping. The only thing that allows me even an hour of restful is a wicked combination of drugs. They have some terrible side effects. I have even tried the “calming” soft drinks and 1/2 baked brownies. This have herbal combinations of melatonin, kava kava, chamomile, and other “calming” herbs mixed into a drink or a cookie/brownie.

  3. I get about 6-7 hours of sleep, depending on when the kids want to wake up in the morning. But what I find during the day is that I am really tired all the time and I think I get enough sleep. I could sleep longer and I would still be tired but I can’t explain it.
